- As a qualified mental health professional you will identify the psychosocial, mental and emotional needs of your facility's residents.
- You will manage and educate the mental health staff.
- You will aid in the development of resident mental health progress.
- You will develop resident care plans.
Qualified Mental Health (QMHP) Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years documented experience in mental health and/or social services, a Master's degree in a mental health related field, or a PhD.
- Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, social work or social services related field
- Crisis Prevention (CPI) certified preferred
- Strong customer service skills
