Job Description Contemporary Dance Musician BYU Contemporary Dance partners with musicians who produce positive energy, foster creativity, and thrive on collaboration, all while bathing in the light of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Upon joining the team, you will have access to the Contemporary Dance Music office, which has high-quality instruments and the latest electronics to fuel and direct your creativity. Contemporary Dance musicians at BYU improvise sound for daily technique class, curate concert music for artistic interpretation, and contribute materially to the energy and spirit of every class they are involved in. You will also have the opportunity and responsibility to assist the lead musician with training and mentoring our wonderful student musicians, who are discovering this fulfilling field.
