Experienced Security, Access Control & IP Camera Technician
BrightWatch Technicians encompass a wide range of skills with the ability to install security cabling, intrusion detection systems, IP Camera systems and Access Control systems in all types of commercial environments.
You'll be:
- Installing, terminating, and/or programming end devices for access control, video security, and security infrastructure in a commercial environment
- Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components.
- Install electronic security equipment at customer sites per blueprints, scope of work and/or oral instruction.
- Program & Test Electronic Security Systems to the highest level of specification

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience installing complete systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This work requires excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively manage time and think outside the box.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with access control systems
- Working knowledge of test equipment such as multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meter, decibel meters, and communicating devices
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to remote job site locations
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Nice to haves:
