Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s team. This role focuses on supporting cloud-based services and applications used across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, experience with business process documentation, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of technology solutions within a highly regulated banking environment.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor vendor release notes and updates for potential business and regulatory impacts; document changes and coordinate with QA teams for regression testing.
• Develop subject matter expertise through internal knowledge sharing and vendor-provided training.
• Provide second-level support for business inquiries and incident resolution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation, including internal runbooks (SharePoint) and user-facing knowledge articles (ServiceNow).
• Define and implement business-as-usual (BAU) updates and enhancements in collaboration with testing and support teams.
• Establish and manage reporting processes to track usage volumes and ensure compliance with contractual limits.
• Execute build and configuration tasks for projects with clearly defined requirements.
• Manage user access for supported applications, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews in line with security and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud services such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and Box.com.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience implementing technical business requirements.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts (e.g., APIs, schedulers).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of software delivery methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and drive resolution efforts.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting technical documentation (e.g., process maps, BRDs, system diagrams, test plans).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with digital signature workflows and document lifecycle management.
