We are currently looking for a houseperson to join our Team! The Hampton Inn by Hilton-Coventry/Warwick area is centrally located in Rhode Island. We are near I-95 and walking distance to many restaurants for our guests to enjoy. T.F. Green Airport and downtown Providence are less than 20 minutes away. Our hotel has 124 guest rooms and we offer a daily free hot breakfast to all our guests. The Hampton Inn by Hilton is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.
The Front Service/Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts.
Overnight shifts – 11pm to 7am Sunday and Monday.

- Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Stocks room attendant carts and supplies
- Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
- Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
- Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Assists with shuttle service (if applicable.)

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
- Hotel Experience a plus
- Excellent Customer Service
- Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)
- Hotel brand Experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
