Burrito Shak in Hampstead, NC is looking for one prep cook to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Part time Up to $18/hr. Includes tips
Guaranteed two days off per week and half-off employee meals! Hours are 7 am - 3 pm
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Basic cooking functions such as chopping, and preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- 2 years experience in prep, good knife skills
- Enjoy working with fresh ingredients.
- Experience with high volume.
