About the Role
We’re hiring an Acute Care RN OR RN - (Registered Nurse Acute Care) to join our night-shift in a highly respected acute care hospital in Roswell, GA. You’ll work in a fast-paced hospital setting, delivering hands-on care, collaborating with a supportive clinical team, and making a real impact on patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Perform full nursing process: assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Deliver direct patient care and patient education
- Participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary team rounds
- Mentor new nurses and support team goals
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Georgia or Compact RN License
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- New grads with strong clinical experience welcome
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Comfortable working nights in a dynamic med-surg unit
