Feed Mill Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Feed Mill Manager to oversee the operations of our feed mill facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in feed production and management, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the feed mill.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of feed production, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management
• Supervise and train staff on feed production processes and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
• Oversee maintenance and repair of feed mill equipment
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize feed production efficiency
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in a feed mill or related agricultural environment
• Knowledge of commercial driving, forklift operation, and heavy equipment operation
• Familiarity with food processing, tanker operations, and mechanical systems
• Ability to fabricate and repair equipment as needed
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills to work with a diverse team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 per year
