Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Enterprise Desktop Support Analyst with strong documentation and training capabilities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in enterprise desktop administration, system troubleshooting, and managing mobile devices in a secure and scalable environment. This role will involve direct interaction with internal users at various organizational levels, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and deliver technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues related to desktops, printers, and networks.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10 and 11 desktop environments.
Administer and support enterprise-level endpoint environments using SCCM, Group Policy (GPO), and MDM solutions.
Manage and support MDM-managed iPhones and mobile devices using platforms such as AirWatch or Microsoft Intune.
Maintain hardware/software inventory using tools like Lansweeper.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure timely resolution of system and user issues.
Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support across all end-user interactions.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide support documentation for internal use.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology Management, or a related field; or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise desktop support and customer service.
Skilled in Windows 10 and 11 administration.
At least 3 years of experience with:
System Administration
SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of enterprise-level desktop support and network endpoint troubleshooting.
Experience with AirWatch and/or Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
Familiarity with asset management tools such as Lansweeper.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Strong documentation and training delivery skills.
