Commercial Loan Servicing Representative II
Hybrid - Charlotte, NC
6-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $23/hr.

Calculated Hire is in search of a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
Job Description:
- Supporting the commercial lending fulfillment team executing covenant compliance requests.
- Managing and reconciling requests across multiple team mailboxes
- Assigning & distributing emails to analysts with attached documents
- Testing covenant compliance
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Loan documentation experience (post-closing docs)
- Knowledge of commercial loan servicing operations
- Understanding of commercial loan lifecycle
- MS Outlook – Ability to managing multiple mailboxes and documents
- MS Excel – Intermediate level skills (heavy data gathering)
- Familiarity with Credit Agreements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with systems of record
- Loan IQ or AFS
- Commercial lending experience
