Job Title: Commercial Loan Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-24 months contract
Pay Rate: $25-29/hr.
Client: Large Banking
Job Description.
• Support day-to-day operations for Lending fulfillment as part of the document preparation team.
• This team is responsible for creating documentation which secures the lien that the bank is taking on the property.
• This opening is due to an update in location strategy.
• Work closely with front office bankers to document commercial real estate and non-real estate doc packages.
• Responsible for partnering with the front office to collect information needed to complete due diligence.
• This includes insurance, flood, environmental, title work, appraisals, etc.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of Commercial Loan Documentation (able to identify, Deed of trust, Titles, and Appraisals, Business lending confirmation letters, and state specific documents)
• Advanced MS Word Experience – Must be able to create and work with existing templates, encrypting documents, sending encrypted items
• Preferred prior Commercial Lending Documentation experience.
