Job Description And Duties

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with variety in your work? The California Department of Insurance (CDI) is seeking a dynamic Training Analyst to provide Learning Management System (LMS) support, content development, and stakeholder engagement and training.

The Training Analyst will coordinate the delivery of external training services, contribute to new course curriculum, assist with training delivery, and utilize the LMS software to plan, deliver, and track the California Department of Insurance's (CDI) training initiatives.

  • This is a 12-month limited term position, which may be extended up to 24 months or become a permanent position.

  • Outline your experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar database. If you do not have experience, please explain your technical knowledge and what steps you would take to quickly learn a system.
  • Describe a time that you had to meet a tight deadline on a project while also managing day to day tasks. What steps did you take? What was the end result?
