Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule: Night Shift – Continental Rotation (12-hour shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM)

A leading manufacturing facility in Mills River, NC, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. They are seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring high equipment uptime through proactive and predictive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain maintenance standards; provide effective maintenance solutions
- Support and execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Complete work using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring the facility operates at optimal uptime
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Industrial trades certificate and/or Journeyman trades status preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Fully skilled in mechanical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, robotics, etc.
- Experience with industrial controls and various PLC platforms (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) preferred
- Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical schematics, codes, and regulations
