CES/AWS is looking for a Mold Maker
Location: Winchester, TN
Pay: $30/hour OT after 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Mold Maker to join our client's dedicated team. If you’re hands-on, quality-focused, and take pride in your precision work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Fit, assemble, repair, and inspect molds for plastic or metal components
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and work-process documentation
- Plan and execute full mold-building processes and document work thoroughly
- Operate overhead cranes (up to 50,000 lbs) and forklifts (up to 5,000 lbs) to move mold components
- Use precision tools and measuring equipment for inspections and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively across shifts and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of hands-on mold-making experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for most of the day
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and planning complex assemblies
- Red Seal certification is a plus
