What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Cantoro Italian Market & Trattoria?
Seeking responsible, motivated Dining Room Bussers
Trattoria is a high volume, upscale restaurant concept located inside Cantoro Italian Market. Our culture is rooted deeply in customer service and providing an exceptional dining experience to all our guests. We believe that servers are our sales force and we offer an extensive training program in all areas of food and beverage service.
Experience preferred but will train the right person. Must be presentable, dependable, have reliable transportation, possess good communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination. Position includes base salary based on experience plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned by management
- Clear and reset tables according to dining room standards
- Perform running side work such as stocking ice bins, and side stands,emptying trash, sweeping floors, replacing hand towels, etc.
- Carry trays of dishes and glassware
