Job Description
Our bussing position is $6 per hour plus tips so the potential hourly rate is up to $25.
Previous busser experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Must be presentable, dependable, have reliable transportation, possess good communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination.
Trattoria is a high volume, upscale Italian restaurant concept located inside Cantoro Italian Market. We believe that service is the cornerstone of our business. Our culture is rooted deeply in customer service and providing an exceptional dining experience to all our guests. We are the busiest restaurant in the area and are seeking long-term employees who desire gainful employment. Tips are paid, in cash, at the end of every shift.
Job Duties Include:
Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned by management.
Clear and reset tables according to dining room standards.
Perform running side work such as stocking ice bins, and side stands.
Empty trash, sweeping floors, replacing hand towels, etc.
Carry trays of dishes and glassware.
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
Standing, bending, stooping and kneeling.
Must be able to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently.
