- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:
