Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event logistics, client satisfaction, and the ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events at Captura Hall from start to finish
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients and vendors
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and venue policies
- Address and resolve issues that arise during events
- Maintain accurate records of event details, expenses, and feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
