Captura Hall is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple campaigns. This role will play a key part in project coordination, content planning, campaign reporting, and team support to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and promotional strategies.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal communications.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality content and materials.
- Maintain internal databases, files, and campaign documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
