What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Porter position at CARE Property Services?
Full time positions. Vehicle and supplies provided working at outside retail strip malls or office parks performing the following duties:
Remove trash liners and replace with new. Wipe down top of trash can lids. Empty ash trays. Sweep up trash items- cups, wrappers, cigarettes or any other debris on the sidewalk and parking curbs. Pick up any large items in parking lot. Spot checking the landscaping. Clean dumpster enclosures. Haul away debris from enclosures.
Must have Driver's License and pass a drug test
$13.50-$14.00 per hour
