Career Strategies is looking for a Leasing Specialist, who can provide a high level of customer service to all residents, visitors, and vendors. Our ideal candidate will haveexcellent people skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and great communication skills.

Responsibilities:
· Answer phones/Take Messages
· Greet Residents and Visitors
· Assist with On-Site Relations
· Conduct follow-up phone calls
· Comply with Fair Housing Laws
· Communicate with current residents/vendors
· Submit work orders for current residents
· Lease Vacant Apartments
· Tour Property/Model or available homes with prospects
· Qualify the prospect: (Ex: date of move, budget, number of adults moving in, income qualifications, etc.)
· Communicate with other property roles on site (Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, Groundskeeper)
· Other Clerical Duties as needed: Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Emailing, etc.)
Requirements/Skills:
· High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
· 2 years of Customer Service experience
· 1 year of Sales experience
· Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge
· Outbound/Inbound call experience
· Outgoing, highly reliable, and professional appearance
· Ability to problem solve and multi-task
· Willingness to learn
