About the Role: As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for billing all payors, balancing census, posting ancillaries, and conducting Triple Checks to ensure billing accuracy. Your expertise in Medicare Parts A and B, as well as Managed Care billing, will be essential to our success. Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) software is required to effectively manage billing processes.
Duties: - Billing all payors accurately and timely - Balancing census to ensure accurate billing - Posting ancillaries and reconciling accounts - Conducting Triple Check audits to identify and rectify billing errors - Managing billing processes for Medicare Parts A and B, as well as Managed Care - Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure billing compliance and accuracy
Software Used: - Point Click Care (PCC): Experience with PCC software is essential for managing billing operations efficiently and effectively.
Requirements: - Previous experience in SNF billing is a must - Proficiency in Medicare Parts A and B billing, as well as Managed Care - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Certification in medical billing or related field is preferred
