Job Title: EXPERIENCED Leasing Specialist in the Greater Charlotte area!
Pay Rate: $17-$19/hour (depending on experience) PAID WEEKLY
The Experienced Leasing Specialist will work with the Property Manager and team to provide great customer service, meet prospects, conduct tours, execute leasing paperwork, and follow up with leads to generate traffic to the community. As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents. Individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are vital to this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of prior leasing experience is a MUST!
- Has knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing
- Reliable transportation- attendance and punctuality is imperative
- Have working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases
- Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Friendly, energetic, and great people skills
- Have the ability to work weekends
Bilingual is not required but is a great plus!
