Base Compensation DOE: $41k bonus!
Specialized niche manufacturer, located in Southwest MI, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. Reporting to the CSR Manager, this direct hire role will be instrumental in assisting customers in the full order life cycle.

Customer Service Representative within the Company:
- Receiving customer’s initial orders and entering into system.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with shipping to schedule orders and determine products ETA.
- Addressing any customer issues in a timely manner including internal research, working with other departments to find resolution and communicating with the clients during the entire process.
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
- 1 years experience in a CSR role
- Experienced using an ERP or MRP software systems
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to pass a background and drug test
