Carolina PRG is partnering with a large organization to add a Senior Equity Compensation Analyst to their team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Calculate and communicate executive compensation, including bonuses, RSUs, options, dividends, and dividend equivalents.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and materials for Board of Directors meetings.
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and other key month-end close tasks.
- File insider ownership forms with the SEC and ensure compliance with NYSE reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with divisions to ensure accurate and timely payment of executive compensation packages.
- Provide guidance and support to the junior analysts.
