Position Overview:
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property’s HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage systems by utilizing comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules. Efficiently manage emergency repairs and safety issues.
Position Responsibilities:
- The supervision and assignment of jobs to staff members.
- Maintain a current inventory and schedule of maintenance for HVAC/refrigeration, mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Maintain and repair physical buildings and furniture as needed.
- Maintain a usable inventory of parts to repair systems.
- Report major repair issues to Director of Facilities to discuss next steps.
- To be fiscally responsible within the scope of the department by RFP for major repair and refurbishment projects and coordinating these projects with upper management.
- Monitor and implement safety standards in compliance with OSHA and Castle Pines Golf Club specific guidelines.
- Assist in the development of operations and capital budgets and five-year forecast for the department.
- Training of onsite maintenance staff for site-specific concerns and general training.
- Communicate effectively with staff and Membership.
- Maintain files of building documents, usage statistics, blueprints, and project records in compliance with retention requirements.
- On call rotation duties with team.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related general repair required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to accommodate flexible scheduling requests.
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, and/or other general repair skills required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 140 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull, and twist most of the day.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Obtain any locally required certification as needed to include C.P.O.
- Adept at reading and interpreting documents such as safety roles, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- EPA 608 Certification preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Salary : $72,000 - $82,000
