Job Summary

This position provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization. This is a Women's Services Department of Nursing Service position specializing in the Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Post Partum.

Responsibilities

• Provides delivery of patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Nurse.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitors patient vital signs and reports any abnormalities to physicians or other healthcare professionals.
• Develops and implements individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Requirements

• Nursing License is required.
• Bachelor's degree Preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
• STABLE within 1 year and NRP within 1 year of hire. If past due or expired will have 60 days to bring up-to-date.

Salary : $65,611 - $117,610
