Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Castleview Hospital seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team. Our Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Post Partum units provide patient-centered care with a focus on safety, quality, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in hospital-wide initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Nursing License is required
• Bachelor's degree Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
• STABLE within 1 year and NRP within 1 year of hire
