ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with helpful information about ski and snowboard equipment rentals.
- Assist guests in selecting the right equipment based on their skill level, size, and needs.
- Ensure proper fitting of boots, skis, and snowboards for guest comfort and safety.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the rental shop.
- Explain rental agreements and policies to guests, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
- Inspect returned equipment for damage, wear, or improper use, and process returns efficiently.
- Clean, tune, and prepare rental equipment to ensure it’s in excellent working condition.
- Restock, organize and prepare rental inventory for the next guest.
- Communicate any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
- Assist with the end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures, ensuring the rental area is prepared for the next shift.
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED:

- Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems quickly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes fast-paced environment.
