Cataloochee Technician is responsible for greeting guests and guiding guests through the rental process. This is a front-line employee. In this, we need passionate and friendly people to help our guests with equipment. Cataloochee Rental Department staff are expected to be neat, knowledgeable, and patient. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Great guests in a positive manner
- Ensure rental forms are filled out properly
- Follows established policies and procedures
- Wear assigned uniform
- Directing guests through the rental process
- Assisting guests with boot fit
- Assisting guests with lockers
- Clean rental area and properly store equipment
- Take returns and retrieve Cataloochee equipment throughout resort(lodge, Groups building, rental shop 2, parking lots etc)
- Organize pole area hourly
- Assist other departments as needed
- Have working knowledge of facility
- Follow daily opening and closing checklists
