We’re partnering with a leading global investment firm to identify a strong administrative professional to support their HR team during a particularly busy period. This short-term project is driven by heavy recruiting activity and a major HR system implementation, and the team is seeking someone who can jump in quickly and keep things moving.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting fast-paced teams - whether you’re early in your career or bring many years of administrative experience.
The Role
This is a primarily administrative position supporting both recruiting operations and broader HR project work. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and tracking candidate submissions with a high level of accuracy
- Following up with interviewers to collect timely feedback
- Monitoring and triaging the recruiting inbox
- Assisting with data pulls and elements of an HR system implementation
- Providing light payroll-related administrative support
- Supporting general HR projects as needed

Logistics
- Location: Chicago (4 days onsite, Fridays remote)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Duration: Approximately 2–2.5 months (through mid to late April)
