Job Description
The Content Amplification Manager is responsible for increasing the reach, visibility, and impact of content by connecting with target audiences across owned, paid, and third-party channels. This role plays a critical part in improving brand awareness, SEO/GEO performance, and demand generation outcomes through effective distribution strategy and campaign execution.
In this position, you will partner closely with Content Marketing and Performance Communications teams, external media agencies, and cross-functional internal stakeholders to amplify content for both small business and enterprise audiences. You’ll lead amplification planning, optimization, reporting, and experimentation—ensuring content is tailored for each channel and consistently driving measurable engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content amplification strategy across owned, paid, and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with paid media agencies to adapt and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Identify and manage external partnerships and syndication opportunities to increase content distribution.
- Partner with product marketing, social media, and campaign teams to integrate amplification into larger initiatives.
- Align content amplification efforts with seasonal campaigns and evolving business priorities.
- Measure performance across impressions, reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- Analyze performance data and apply insights to improve channel strategy and outcomes.
- Create performance reports and executive-ready summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with content teams to adapt and optimize content formats for amplification channels.
- Guide content repurposing efforts to support paid campaign engagement and channel fit.
- Identify opportunities to improve SEO/GEO visibility through amplification initiatives.
- Own amplification in channels that drive AIO citations (e.g., Stacker).
- Design and execute experiments to improve engagement and drive qualified traffic.
- Maintain distribution hygiene while adopting emerging amplification best practices.
- Manage budgets and purchase orders (POs) related to amplification and external partners.
Required Experience/Skills
- Proven experience managing and scaling content amplification efforts in digital or B2B environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across content, paid media, social, and influencer teams.
- Knowledge of paid media platforms and amplification strategies (Google Ads, social platforms, display networks, etc.).
- Experience developing and testing experimentation hypotheses and optimizing based on analytics insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for writing briefs, providing feedback, and delivering stakeholder updates.
- Budget and PO management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital advertising, or content amplification.
- Strong understanding of content marketing trends, SEO, GEO, and content distribution strategies.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and/or media partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable optimization recommendations.
- Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across teams.

Education
