Job Overview

Join the Global Business Solutions Group Growth Team as a Senior Content Designer supporting the product web experience. In this role, you will partner closely with lead designers to elevate content craft, develop scalable content frameworks, and drive impact across the end-to-end user experience.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-performing, high-impact team, with access to peer reviews, ongoing feedback, and our industry-leading content design system—our source of truth for voice, tone, style, and principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with interaction and visual designers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, approachable language
• Craft UI copy, product messaging, landing pages, emails, and other content deliverables
• Enable partners to understand and apply the products voice and tone system through examples, training, and reviews
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers
• Actively seek feedback and contribute constructively during design reviews
• Advance a strong content POV backed by customer data, design rationale, and industry trends
• Explore multiple concepts and narrow to top solutions through experimentation and research
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines effectively

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of content design principles and methodologies
• Strong curiosity and passion for testing, experimentation, and innovation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content craft and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus but not required)
