Job DescriptionThis role serves as our Owner's Representative for wastewater infrastructure capital projects, providing project management and project controls (PM/PC) for the design, construction, and commissioning of wastewater treatment systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Boise, Idaho.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Oversee capital projects for wastewater treatment systems, industrial wastewater treatment plants (IWTP), metal waste treatment systems, and reclaim water systemsManage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for multi-million-dollar wastewater infrastructure projectsServe as owner's representative with design consultants, contractors, and vendorsCoordinate with internal stakeholders including facilities, operations, environmental, and manufacturing teamsEnsure projects meet operational requirements and regulatory compliance standardsProject Controls:Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and forecastsTrack project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadershipManage change orders and ensure proper cost control proceduresConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesSafety & Environmental Compliance:Ensure all projects follow safety and environmental proceduresWork with environmental teams to maintain compliance with state, city, and federal wastewater regulationsCoordinate permitting activities and regulatory agency interactionsImplement job hazard analysis (JHA/JSA) protocolsTechnical Coordination:Provide design input and review for ultra-pure water (UPW), wastewater treatment, and reclaim systemsCoordinate with engineering teams on system integration with fabrication operationsReview vendor designs, specifications, and equipment configurationsOversee commissioning and startup activitiesRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field7-10 years of project management experience in industrial wastewater, water treatment, or utilitiesExperience with semiconductor manufacturing facilities or similar high-purity industrial processes preferredTechnical Knowledge:Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and technologiesKnowledge of industrial wastewater treatment systems, chemical treatment, and metal waste systemsFamiliarity with water reuse and reclaim systemsUnderstanding of Clean Water Act, NPDES/IPDES permitting requirementsProject Management:PMP certification preferredExperience managing $5M capital projects from concept through commissioningProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsStrong vendor and contractor management skillsPM/PC (Project Management / Project Controls) | Owner's Representative | Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWTP) | Semiconductor Manufacturing | Capital Projects | P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) | Commissioning & Startup | IPDES / NPDES Permitting | Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) / Reclaim Systems | Change Orders & Risk Mitigation
