The SEN-WFIS Program Assistant will assist the Substance Exposed Newborn - Women and Family Intervention Services (SEN-WFIS) program staff with all clerical request in support of various projects and program needs. Such as: processing program purchasing and finance requests; maintaining the client referral system; making contacts and arrangements as assigned; handling written and oral communications; and preparing and maintaining records, data and reports to support projects and programs as assigned. Position located in Pensacola.
Requirements: High school diploma with three (3) years of relevant experience including general clerical and reception duties, data entry, managed detailed documentation to maintain 'paper' trails, audits, and strict record-keeping requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a busy office environment.
