What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Busser position at Cedarbrook Country Club?
Cedarbrook Country Club is looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply! Cedarbrook is currently hiring part-time bussers in our busy dining areas which include the Grille Room, Grill Patio (outside dining) and Cedarbrook Room!
Busser Primary Responsibilities:
· Greet members and fill water at tables
· Prepare bread for tables
· Clean and reset tables
· Ensure that silverware and glassware is clean and polished
· Assist servers with beverage orders and run food as needed
· Ensure all dining and member areas are cleaned and organized at all times
· Assist in restaurant side work to include folding napkins, making roll-ups, polishing silverware, doing dishes etc.
· Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware
· Remove trash and take to outside dumpster
· Other requirements deemed by FOH Management
Qualifications:
· Reliable and dependable
· Ability to multi-task
· Hard worker
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Can lift up to 50 pounds
· Open availability to include nights and weekends
