Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute artwork for specified product programs using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Work with the Product Development team from the concept meeting through the artwork execution and prototype process.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must.
- Passionate about home product color and trend.
- Degree in Design or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to communicate and interpret conceptual design ideas.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with flexibility and ease.
- Experience in Product Development a plus.
- Strong organization and follow through skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of competitive products and brands.
- Selects color palettes; requires knowledge of current color and trend information.
- 3 years in Product Development with relevant product categories.
