Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agents, Buyers, Vendors, and inter-departmental teams.
- Communicate styling details and product standards effectively, addressing any issues promptly.
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timelines and action deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Technical Design and Design teams to ensure styling and fit are on-trend.
- Review vendor submissions for compliance and provide direction on necessary corrections.
- Monitor delivery and production flow to ensure timely shipment of quality products.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Approve trims, fabric quality, and samples, ensuring alignment with established standards.
- Recommend improvements in product construction and quality.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Home Product Design and/or Merchandising.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM, Web PDM, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of garment specifications, construction, grading, and testing standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong math skills and a keen eye for design concepts.
