RN Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Permanent Role)
Location: McKinney, TX, 75071
Shift: 12 HR Nights | 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a permanent night shift role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care to neonates.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform advanced neonatal procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other RNs.
- Educate and support families through the neonatal care process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Adhere to hospital and NICU protocols, safety standards, and best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Texas RN license
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held)
- NRP certification
