Job Description:

The applicant will need to create a meaningful and productive environment, knows how to encourage people, willing to be active and attentive out in the community. Desired character traits include; being energetic, active, well-organized, self-motivated, innovative, a self-starter and compassionate. The applicant must be willing to clean, and monitor residence overnight.
The applicant will also possess the ability to problem solve and work independently as they assist these persons achieve their personal, social, and vocational goals. An ideal employee will serve as an active role model whom welcomes a challenge.
