The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate, under the leadership of the Marketing Manager, activities ranging from proposal and collateral generation, social media content assets, and industry research. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks such as CRM maintenance, content library oversight, and vendor coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Using templatized materials, assist with proposal generation to potential clients.
- Create/design and coordinate internal or external marketing of print, direct mail, social media, company websites, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain and update proposal library material, company photos, and other marketing literature for access by other employees as needed.
- Work with senior marketing staff to prepare a core brand messaging, marketing strategy, and apply these into all aspects of media.
- Coordinate trade show participation by employees under guidance from senior marketing staff.
- Maintained the information contained in the company’s CRM software.
- Support the company’s marketing product and gift selection/purchases.
- Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences.
- Provide assistance to the Marketing and Business Development staff as needed.
- Perform general office duties and other duties as assigned
Candidate requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related field OR High School Diploma or Associates Degree with 2-4 years of general Marketing experience
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to draft as well as edit/proof documents such as e-campaigns, proposals, case studies, presentations, and resumes
- Ability to organize their work and manage projects from start-to finish
- Ability to work independently and think on one’s feet
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis on PowerPoint and Word
