Email Marketing Campaign Specialist

Remote role. Must already live in the United States.

About The Role

Lexipol is seeking an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to build, optimize, and scale targeted email programs. You will own the execution of email campaigns using Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement.

Areas of Focus

• Campaign Execution & Automation (50%): Build, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns; create automated nurture sequences; manage lead routing.
• Account-Based Marketing (25%): Support ABM strategies by developing tailored email outreach; track ABM campaign effectiveness.
• Performance Optimization & Collaboration (25%): Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, ensure data integrity and compliance.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B hands-on email marketing experience
• Record of writing B2B emails that produce results
• Strong proficiency with Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Background in lifecycle, nurture, or ABM email strategy
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing
• Familiarity with segmentation modeling
• Experience supporting state-level or geographically dispersed campaigns
• History of improving workflow efficiency through automation or AI

Compensation And Benefits

Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

Compensation for this role includes base salary of $70-80k, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 5%.
