ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

You will maintain the needs of our VIP styling customers in store, facilitate training and guidance for upcoming stylists. This leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable growth throughout all aspects of the store, including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. We strive to create an environment and culture that promotes autonomy, hard work, and consistency in delivering the best shopping experience to our customers. Daily Duties:
- Fostering a positive team environment by leading by example and encouraging growth among the team.
- Assist the Owner and GM of Operations in being the eyes and ears of Cheeky Peach.
- Work with GM of Operations and Owner to ensure product mix, inventory levels, restocks, and sale initiatives are being followed each week.
- Greeting customers & assisting them with in-store purchases.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Cheeky Peach brand.
- Motivating the sales team and stylists with contests and incentives.
- Merchandising and creatively updating displays based on inventory.
- Creating daily sales strategies.
- Facilitate stylist education through role playing.
- Cleaning and general store maintenance.
- Helping to recruit and screen quality talent for Athens.
- Assist in training new Sales Associates/Stylists in Athens to ensure they are meeting Cheeky Peach Standards.

Preferred Not Necessary:
- 1 Years Managing a Team with a Proven Track Record of Success
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Interest in Fashion
- Proficiency in Shopify a plus
- Retail or Server/Bartender Experience
- Recruiting/Training Experience
- Vendor Management Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
