Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination.
• Lead a care team consisting of medical assistants, facilitators, and coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
• Take accountability for patient outcomes, working collaboratively with specialists when needed.

• Physician Leadership: Develop and improve leadership skills to benefit patients, teams, centers, and the company.

• Self-Care: Prioritize physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being to sustain sustainability and promote health.

Requirements:

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred.
• Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within the first 90 days of employment.

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
