CSP's HR Recruiting Practice has partnered with a well-established commercial real estate firm in their search for a Director of HR. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will manage the HR function for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the organization’s hiring process (ads, interviews, etc.)
- Conduct any exit interviews for terminated/resigning employees
- Troubleshoot any personnel performance/conduct issues – either from management or employee perspective
- Research and negotiate employee benefits (health, FSA, DCRA, dental, Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance) and execute the employee open enrollment process
- Assist employees with any concerns/issues regarding benefits
- Research and determine compliance issues related to HR Employment Law
- Administer and evaluate AVA reports
- Conduct Employee Surveys on an annual basis and assist in addressing any issues arising from the surveys
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ work experience in HR
- Experience in real estate or professional services industries a plus
- SHRM-CP, PHR or HR Certification preferred
