The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing Front of House shift operations functions by managing all front of house systems, developing team members, and driving results on overall shift operations.
The purpose of the Supervisor position is to effectively direct and lead a team during daily operations. The Supervisor will work towards implementing the restaurant vision “To create Above & Beyond Connections with our team, our guests, and the Greensboro Community. .” The Supervisor will focus on leading successful opening and closing operations within the restaurant including cash management, food safety, team member training, problem solving, and guest concern resolution.
