We are hiring with anticipation of employment needs for fall. If hired, you would be scheduled for training shifts through the remainder of the summer months and would then begin regularly scheduled hours in the fall (earliest would be the last week in August). Training lasts for a 6-week period. We are ideally looking for candidates who could work 11am-4pm or 5pm-close. Pay Type: Ranging from $12 - $16.50 per hour, commensurate with availability and experience

Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a positive & servant’s heart attitude with every customer and team interaction
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy using registers at the front counter or iPads in the drive thru
- Deliver mobile orders to customers in the restaurant parking lot
- Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
- Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and cars in the parking lot
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
- Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Complete all tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
- Must be comfortable working inside and outside
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
