Job Summary
The primary role and responsibility of a Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights Team Member is to uphold our Vision: to be REMARKable by providing world-class service and loving our neighbors as ourselves and embody our Core Values of Progressive Achievement, Care, Growth, Balance, and Community Partnership.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose
- Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business: dining room, front counter, drive-thru and exceeds all Food Safety regulations
- Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies
- Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests
- Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team
- Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals
- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.

- Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Standing and walking up to 8 hours/day
Serving guests both inside and outside (with appropriate precautions taken during heat and inclement weather)
