Pay:
$11.25-$11.55 an hour
General Responsibilities:
- Provide a \remarkable\ experience with every guest you meet
Requirements:
- Work a minimum of 12 hours a week
- Must have Friday and Saturday availability
- Provide quick, genuine, and accurate service
- Stock products and supplies while being able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests by mopping and sweeping floors, removing trash, and keeping restrooms stocked and clean
- Maintain good hygiene
- Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and leadership
- Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with Chick-fil-A Anson (IN)’s brand, culture, and standard of excellence
- Be willing and able to change positions at any given time during a shift
- Be dependable and punctual
- Be a team player and have an ‘I’m third’ mentality by putting customers first, team members second, and yourself third
