This individual needs to be comfortable with a team of 100 diverse individuals from all walks of life, including their background and experiences. Key Restaurant Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the guest experience by consistently identifying opportunities to create meaningful, caring moments for everyone who walks through the door.
  • Analyze restaurant metrics and identify key areas of opportunity, delegating tasks to leadership teams based on each daypart’s needs.
  • Metrics: labor (20.5 or under) and productivity (90 or higher), CEM scores, waste management, food cost management, inventory, and others assigned as needed.
  • Participate in structured leadership meetings within the restaurant to discuss short-term and long-term goals and delegation to supporting leadership.
  • Ensure that all areas of the restaurant deliver a high-quality experience, maintaining smooth operations during peak and off-peak times.
  • Utilize disciplinary actions as needed to hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A’s policy standards, ensuring consistency across the restaurant.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the restaurant, directing team members to roles where their skills are best utilized.
  • Continuous coaching and development of supporting supervisors cast through 1-on-1 meetings to assess performance and opportunities.
  • Cultivate a leadership team designed for long-term success, encouraging professional growth and advancement within the restaurant.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from staffing to inventory, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Other task assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a training or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members and take initiative
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools
  • Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values and customer service standards
  • 2 years of management experience with positive results to show
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
